Cabeçudas Beach / Itajaí
Set on Cabeçudas Beach in Itajaí, Sailor’s Bay is an architectural expression rooted in local identity. Inspired by the context of traditional homes, the project embraces the concept of “stacked houses”, harmonizing with the surrounding neighborhood while preserving its residential character.
Exposed brick, timber ceilings and metalwork screens bring elements of the urban suburb into the building, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its slender form evokes a cruise ship, connecting it to the maritime setting, while the grand rooftop with pools offers sweeping sea views. Every shared space follows a refined, contemporary nautical theme.
Sailor’s Bay is a remarkable example of architecture that integrates with the landscape and local culture, bringing tradition and innovation together to create a singular, sophisticated way of living.
