Sailor’s Bay, located at Cabeçudas Beach in Itajaí, is an example of architecture deeply rooted in local identity. Inspired by the context of traditional houses, the project adopts the concept of “stacked houses,” harmonizing with the neighborhood while preserving the residential aesthetic.
With the use of materials such as exposed brick, wooden ceilings, and wrought iron railings, the building incorporates elements of the urban suburb, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its slender form resembles a cruise ship, connecting it to the maritime environment, while the grand rooftop with pools offers breathtaking ocean views. All common areas follow a maritime theme with sophistication and contemporary design.
Sailor’s Bay is a remarkable example of architecture that blends seamlessly with the local landscape and culture, combining tradition and innovation to create a unique and sophisticated living space.
